OVA Governing Documents Progress Report – 2024 December 3

The OVA Governing Documents Ad Hoc Committee (renamed from the Bylaws Ad Hoc Committee) meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 1 pm in Suite B of the OVA offices. I was unable to attend the meeting this month, so this report will be much shorter than usual. I decided it is worth making a report, however, in order to alert readers that timely minutes of these meetings are now available on the OVA website.

Minutes are now being approved and posted soon after the Committee meets. For this month’s meeting, the agenda is posted here and the minutes have already been posted here. These provide the permanent documentation of Committee activities and decisions.

The next regular meeting of the Committee will take place on January 7 at 1 pm in Suite B of the OVA offices. If you would like to see first-hand how the Committee operates and what progress they are making, you should consider attending.
