May 1 – OVA Board Votes
The following are the May 1st motions, directors votes, and financial decisions:
Starting today OVA will be providing Member Packets to members prior to upcoming board meetings. These packets will include the agenda for the upcoming meeting, as well as related documents to allow members to familiarize themselves with meeting topics. According to President Spanier, “members will be able to think about these issues prior and make comments if they wish in Open Forum. In the future, our goal is that they’ll come out a couple/few days in advance.”
This new and welcome addition to the agenda will give the residents a greater understanding of the issues discussed and submitted for a board of director vote. After each meeting, I will post a rundown of the motions, the votes, and any financial decisions.
