History tells us that many have sought positions, volunteer and/or paid, to take advantage of opportunities to commit self-serving acts that are detrimental to those they are supposed to be serving.

Wally, it seems you continue to put out misinformation about the City of Santa Rosa’s role, input and position on the location of the pickleball courts. Yes, Lyn, in response to your mention of our association manager’s inclination to misrepresent our reserve funding status as conveyed in that meeting, it was apparent he is not familiar with the duty to disclose the most accurate financial information available. OVA risks legal liability for knowingly misrepresenting its financial position.
